Whew, got it done! Here I am, a day before my own deadline finishing and posting my photo hunt.
I’m guessing many of you noticed that I chose words that could be interpreted in more than one way. With this list of mine, I chose to take the “silly” route with many of my shots. I couldn’t bear the idea of just one meaning of those words! Have a look:
Flake with some flakes (we got a little dusting overnight last night; the snow has already disappeared)
Taking a bow with a bow
Mugging with a mug ( I kind of like that shot – maybe I’ll make it my new avatar)
Rowing over a row (the girls are playing the canoeing game on Wii Sports Resort and I told them to look like they were fighting over it)
Eating a bun with a bun
Hearts in an unusual place. I was hoping to get more shots for this, but the month got away from me. These are paper hearts sold at my school for the American Heart Association.
Bonus:
Sarah demonstrates her leaping skills. I wish I had remembered to set a faster shutter speed to stop the action here! It looked pretty clear the little screen on the camera, and by the time I saw my leaper on the computer, she was gone for the day to a friend’s house, so no re-do. I’ll see if I can coax a re-do for Leap Day next week!
I’m looking forward to seeing your photo hunts! If you are someone who is running out of time but still wanted to try to do the hunt, go ahead, take the weekend to finish! Just don’t forget to leave me a link on the original hunt post. The slacker blogger can cut you some slack! 😉
