No, my back yard doesn’t look like this … yet! This picture is actually from the freaky freakin’ snowstorm of October 29th, but I thought it made an appropriate shot for ushering in the month that winter descends upon us. While I can barely believe it is December already, I thought it would be good to give you plenty of time for the photo hunt since this is a very busy month for many of us. The items I seem to be coming up with have a definite holiday feel to them, but as usual, I hope I have chosen items that can be interpreted in a variety of ways:
Bonus: show me the winter holiday of your choice
As always, the purpose of my photo hunts is to get you out and shooting and to have fun. New photos are prefered, but if you’ve got the perfect shot in your archives for one or two of the photo hunt items, feel free to use. I love creative interpretations of my hunt items; direct, artful, silly, humorous, snarky, “stretches” or any other types of interpretations are very welcome. We had a stupendous turn out for the October hunt with help from all of you, so I’d be much obliged if you’d blog, Tweet, Facebook or Google+ info about this hunt to your social community. I’d like to have a deadline of December 30th for this hunt, in the hopes of presenting you with fun wrap-up of this holiday season for New Year’s Eve. Don’t forget to leave me a comment with a link to your hunt in the comments of this post. Have fun!
