Scott’s got an assignment we can sink our teeth into this month: Food Photography.  I could use some hints for this one.  How do you take your food photos from everyday to extraordinary?  I’d be grateful for any ideas or links you could leave me in the comments section.  Have your photos posted and linked over at Scott’s place by Wednesday, January 26.

  1. Thank you for the linkback! Let me tell you, the turkey looks good to me! I have to do my own research on this, too. Will have a lot of opportunities for restaurant food photos over the next week so that is what I will be focusing (pun intended) on.

  2. The pioneer woman has the same assignment right now and she just posted a bunch of tips on the subject!

  3. I’m looking for hints and tips, too. I agree with Scott. The turkey looks good!

  4. Are these photos your assignment, or are you doing another one? (I was wondering if Gerry was going to submit her catfood and dogfood as her assignment…)

    • No, that’s not my assignment submission. That’s actually a re-tread from another food post I did. I will try to come up with something fabulous and delicious looking for my assignment! Gerry is pretty funny, but I don’t think the dogfood is her submission. 😉

  5. I posted something today you might find useful: Beginner Food Photography. Article written by someone you might be familiar with. 🙂
