Observe relationships and capture a connection that makes you happy was the theme of today’s prompt.  This wasn’t a difficult decision for me to make concerning my subject.  Luckily, they complied with a shot that I thought fit today’s prompt perfectly:

Picture Fall, day 20

Reminds you a little bit of that famous scene from Lady and the Tramp, doesn’t it?

I took about 30 shots in process of finding one to share for today’s prompt.  Not all were well focused, but I thought enough of them were amusing enough to share a little slideshow, especially for dog-loving readers:

  1. Awwww… sweet! I thought about Stella and our cat but their connection is not on friendly terms. Seeing your two makes me want another dog friend for Stella. 🙂

    • I was nervous at first about adding a 2nd dog to our household, but it turned out to be a good thing. He fit in without too much drama, and Daphne has a friend who “encourages” her to be more active.

  2. Sweet! They’re beautiful dogs and your commentary for them brought a smile to my face. I have four dogs and am always making up stories about what they’re thinking/saying to each other. 🙂

    • Isn’t it funny how we do that? I have always done that for any pets I have ever owned. It must be sign of how much we consider them to be part of the family.

  3. Are those 3 little blue M&Ms there on that rock? Or maybe those lovely little glass blobs? Hmmm…..

    • Ha, ha! No M&M’s in this one. They surely would have been quickly eaten by the dogs! That “rock” is one of those homemade “stepping stones” that one of my daughters brought home from school years ago.

    • They are sweet couple of pooches. Only danger in my house is being licked to death!

  5. There is nothing like happy dogs for perking me up. Dogs really know how to live in the moment, don’t they?

    • I had a feeling you might like today’s post, Gerry. I suspect “in the moment” is the only way for them.
